Michael Cook
Michael is a graduate in Business Economics and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Michael has over 10 years experience in our corporate team, working with a wide range of clients in varying sectors from small owner managed businesses to AIM listed groups.
As a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Business Unit and a lead member of our Public Companies Strategies team, Michael is responsible for assisting companies to meet statutory requirements and to develop and grow their businesses.
